Your Role Email Coordinators are responsible for fielding inbound support interactions from our customers across the majority of our product suite. This includes V3, Classic, League Exchange, Billing and Sales, Assist, Wyscout, and InStat, among others. As time allows, they also assist with customer success, sales, implementation, and department initiatives. Respnsibilities and Duties Respond to our customers’ interactions in a timely and accurate way via phone, email, chat, remote session, and social media Accurately identify details of inbound support interactions and if necessary, triage them to the responsible team. Understand the intricacies of our internal and user-facing platforms Identify internal and external product feedback and defects, and share this information with relevant stakeholders Education, Experience, and Certification High school diploma, and Prior experience in a service environment, or An equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the job duties and responsibilities.
