What you’ll do Lead support planning and coordinate our Support Workers to deliver person-centred support Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community Why join us This is more than a job, it’s a place where you feel valued.
