Must Have

2+ years of experience in financial services or client support, industry related qualification in financial services, understanding of financial products and services, Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities, Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information, Exceptional customer service capabilities and the ability to deliver services in a personalized, friendly, and honest way, organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks, Patience and empathy when dealing with advisors and clients, Adaptability to changing priorities and regulatory requirements, Computer literate and excited to learn how to use new software programs

Nice to Have

insurance or banking preferred, preference for insurance experience (short and/or long term)

What You'll Do.

Assist financial advisors with administrative tasks

and compliance requirements.

Engage directly with clients when necessary to gather information or provide updates.

Engage new client leads to share our value proposition and offer friendly

honest and transparent service.

Research and resolve account discrepancies or operational issues.

Answer client queries as they arise and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Maintain comprehensive records of all advisor interactions and support requests.

Collaborate with other departments to address complex advisor or client needs.

Stay current on industry regulations

and product offerings.
