**_Job Family_ :** Operational Effectiveness ** _Travel Required_ :** None ** _Clearance Required_ :** Active Secret ** _What You Will Do_ :** Guidehouse is seeking a Support Center Coach to support a public diplomacy office at the Department of State. This office is responsible for strengthening the effectiveness of public diplomacy practitioners by streamlining access to Department resources, enhancing tailored support, and improving transparency and coordination across bureaus so that public diplomacy practitioners can do their jobs more effectively. As a Support Center Coach, you will manage a portfolio of missions (embassies, consulates, and domestic public diplomacy offices) and serve as the primary liaison between the public diplomacy practitioners at these missions and the support services offered by the Bureau and Department. In this fast‑paced, service‑oriented role, you will field and triage incoming requests, conduct consultations with practitioners to identify their needs, identify solutions, and connect them with subject-matter expertise across the Department. The Support Center Coach will provide coaching sessions to empower self-discovery and accountability for their practitioners, as needed. Drawing on coaching best practices used across the Support Center- such as asking open-ended questions, practicing empathy, ensuring psychological safety, and detaching from specific outcomes so that the practitioner(s) can find solutions that work for them and their teams. Coaches guide practitioners in identifying solutions that work for their teams and local contexts. Some practitioner needs will have straightforward answers available through Department resources; others will be complex and require the Coach to use coaching skills, facilitation techniques, and problem‑solving approaches to support the practitioner in navigating challenges ** _What You Will Need_ :** * An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance * Bachelors Degree * Pre
