Full Job Description

The Operations Team Associate drives sales and delivers a positive customer experience by processing inbound truck deliveries accurately and efficiently, ensuring new merchandise is customer ready. This role executes outbound merchandise activities, supports facilities maintenance, and maintains back-of-house organization, while working closely with merchandising team to place and sign product on the sales floor. This is an hourly position. **What you will do** * Demonstrate ownership and initiative in achieving personal goals, store objectives, and daily priorities. * Efficiently unload cartons from truck deliveries, separating cartons by department, processing, removing plastic, and hanging items as needed to ensure product readiness for sales floor.
