Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, Experience in SAP SD or Order-to-Cash processes, understanding of business processes in Sales and Distribution, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

SAP S/4HANA experience, Experience with Fiori, CDS views, or reporting tools, Experience in manufacturing or cable industry environments

What You'll Do.

Identify opportunities to improve business processes

Design SAP solutions to support operations

Provide ongoing support and training

Manage the SAP ticket queue

Create user and technical documentation

Analyze current business processes

Translate requirements into SAP solutions

Collaborate with global IT

and deploy SAP enhancements

Lead or support projects

Perform system testing

Support end-to-end validation

Manage external support teams

Ensure timely resolution of issues

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work closely with business stakeholders; Collaborate with global IT; Work with Sales and Customer Service teams; Work with Finance and Logistics teams; Work with Global IT teams; Work with External SAP partners and vendors

Excellent communication; Stakeholder management

Process & Methodology

Lead or support projects related to SAP implementations
