Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, Experience in SAP SD or Order-to-Cash processes, understanding of business processes in Sales and Distribution, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
SAP S/4HANA experience, Experience with Fiori, CDS views, or reporting tools, Experience in manufacturing or cable industry environments

Identify opportunities to improve business processes
Design SAP solutions to support operations

Manage the SAP ticket queue
Create user and technical documentation
Analyze current business processes
Translate requirements into SAP solutions
Collaborate with global IT
and deploy SAP enhancements
Lead or support projects
Perform system testing
Support end-to-end validation
Manage external support teams
Ensure timely resolution of issues
