The **Support Analyst** is responsible for delivering procedural support to all clients through telephone, email, chat, and client portal correspondence. The scope of this job centers around timely resolution of escalated client issues involving a variety of WellSky solutions, including clinical, billing, training, and technical troubleshooting. This opening is with our **Home Health & Hospice Support **team.
