What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years of related experience including document/records management, systems development life cycle analysis, design and testing, and analyzing and developing business processes and workflow models, 2+ years’ experience working in a multi-skilled team environment collaborating on data automation, Understanding of SharePoint Online architecture, features, and functionality, including site creation, permissions management, and customization, Experience with integrating SharePoint Online with other Microsoft 365 services like Teams, OneDrive, and Power Automate, Proficiency in scripting languages automate administrative tasks and create custom solutions, Knowledge of Windows Server and IIS for managing SharePoint environments, Experience with planning and executing SharePoint migrations and upgrades, Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with teams, stakeholders, and end-users to understand their needs and ensure successful rollout, Experience working with structured and unstructured data with the ability to automate data processing and analysis tasks, Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to convey complex, technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner, organizational and planning skills for tracking requests and project fulfillment, Flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing business requirements, Effectively manages and prioritizes workload and delivers to tight deadlines, Demonstrate written and verbal skills in English, Demonstrate proficient use of enterprise-level management software, such as (e.g. , Microsoft Project, Primavera, Aconex, etc. ) or similar systems, Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
