What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Live in Spain and legally eligible to work here, Speak Spanish, Portuguese & English fluently, Experience in structured operations, support or admin roles, Attention to detail, Process orientation and follow-through, Comfort with tools like Jira, Airtable, Slack, Google Workspace (or quick to learn), A team-first mindset, Clear communicator, Proactive problem-solver, Ability to juggle tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Familiarity with events, production or the music industry
What You'll Do.
Keep internal tools updated and organized
Coordinate with Producers and Project Managers
Assist in maintaining visibility across tasks
Assist with event setup and launch
Perform back office updates
Support invoicing processes
