Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar, Experience in the Medical Industry, Experience in the Supplier Quality area, ISO 13485 experience, Proficient with engineering changes, NCR's, SCAPAs, Supplier Changes, PPAP, Negotiation skills with Suppliers, Advanced English

What You'll Do.
Ensures that suppliers deliver quality parts
Qualifies suppliers according to company standards
Monitors parts from acquisition through the manufacturing cycle
communicates and resolves supplier-related problems
Develops and prioritizes an auditing schedule
audits designated suppliers on a regular basis
Evaluates suppliers' internal functions
Provides Pre-Market Quality Engineering support to New Product Development (NPD)
Provides technical guidance and quality compliance for Supplier Quality engagement throughout the NPD lifecycle
implementing strategies for driving product quality and continuous improvement
ensuring purchased products and components are manufactured and qualified
Collaborates with Component Engineers to develop and deliver the Product Acceptance Sampling Strategy
Approved Supplier List coordination
Supplier Owned Quality deployment
and Control Plans for new products
Define Receiving Inspection requirements
Define associated test method validation for all internal Medtronic Test Methods
