What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3-5 years of business experience, minimum 1-3 years in Supply Chain management roles, including: production planning, manufacturing, inventory management, operations, sourcing/procurement, supply chain, Bachelor’s degree in operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or analytics related Business degree, Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English), Ability to establish effective working relationships with the business and technical communities, analytical and problems solving abilities, Effective organization and time management skills, with ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines, Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate with the global business teams, Teamwork, “Can-do” attitude to drive results, Excellent skill in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Nice to Have
Consumer products company experience preferred, especially a fast-moving, multi-channel consumer goods business with global manufacturing/sourcing, Apparel or like product manufacturing or sourcing is not required but highly desirable, JDA Collaborate/ESP highly preferred
What You'll Do.
Achieving operational excellence by negotiating with vendors to achieve a high On Time Availability in DC during the planning phase
Optimizing vendors capacity utilization
Monitoring work in progress
Effective exception management
Achieving each PVH’s regional market’s demand needs through timely communication of supply projections to vendors
Managing vendor capacity and SMV’s in planning systems
Building visibility for forecast vs offered capacity based on vendors constraints/capabilities
Close monitoring of production progress at factories within your assigned hub
Enabling timely issue resolution
Support system administration
Contribute to the improvement of operational KPI
Collaborate with strategic RM planning to support speed and flexibility
Contribute to the PVH+ Plan
Drive seasonal planning process with vendors for both EU and NA
leading to a high OTA (EU)
Collaborate with vendors to report on key production metrics like weekly production volume
factory utilization and monitor progress
Negotiate with vendors based on PVH requested ACD’s
Continuously collaborate with vendors on reducing end to end lead time
Create analyses to demonstrate over/under capacity utilization always contextualizing the variables in product
fabric that create potential risk/reward scenarios for business
Execute supply chain optimization opportunities
Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Provide analysis to support and help drive monthly integrated business planning (IBP) process to highlight where supply is constrained and scenarios and recommendations on how to address
Facilitate and support all strategic initiatives/projects/goals owned by the team
Collaborate with Supply planning teams across regionally to manage capacity and resolve supply constraints
Provide analysis support to the team based on the business needs and achieve operational excellence
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Build relationships with key internal (fulfillment, sourcing, business teams) and external (regional hubs, vendors) stakeholders through formalized collaboration and partnership; Collaborate with Supply planning teams across regionally to manage capacity and resolve supply constraints; Ability to collaborate with multiple cross functional teams and regional hubs
Communication Scope
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English); Credible at top management level and with both technical and non-technical audiences; Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills; Ability to communicate with the global business teams
Process & Methodology
Facilitate and support all strategic initiatives/projects/goals owned by the team
