What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of proven experience in supply planning or a similar planning role within a global environment, Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, proficiency in Excel and MS Office applications, High level of English, both written and verbal, Demonstrated ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive informed planning decisions, Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix organization and manage multiple priorities simultaneously, Experience with BI tools to support data-driven planning and reporting, multitasking capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities simultaneously, operational mindset with a hands-on, execution-driven approach, including willingness to manage daily planning routines
