What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business, Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities, Analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools, Solid Excel skills (e.g. V/X-lookup, SUMIF), Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Proactive, structured and communicative
Nice to Have
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau is a plus, Familiarity with demand planning software (e.g. SAP, Oracle, JDA), Familiarity with ERP systems
What You'll Do.
Translate demand forecasts into supply plans
Align production schedules with supply capabilities
Keep inventory at optimal levels
Monitor stock and turnover
Implement replenishment strategies
Take corrective action to secure availability
Build relationships with EU / CN suppliers
Work closely with Procurement on performance
Work closely with Procurement on lead times
Work closely with Procurement on sourcing
Collaborate with Demand Planning
Collaborate with internal teams to align plans
Share updates with internal teams
Proactively manage risks or disruptions
Drive continuous improvement in planning processes
Drive automation in planning processes
Mentor junior supply chain colleagues
Train junior supply chain colleagues
