What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–5+ years in programmatic advertising, hands-on experience across the DSP/SSP ecosystem, SQL skills, Proven experience managing relationships with large publishers or media organizations, Ability to move fluidly between technical depth and clear communication
Nice to Have
Experience troubleshooting deal IDs and technical delivery issues in a live environment, Familiarity with CTV or streaming platforms, either on the publisher or buyer side, Experience with Looker, Imply, or AWS for SQL-based data work, Background working directly with SSPs or in a supply-side role

Own the full deal lifecycle
Monitor deals across publisher relationships
Troubleshoot delivery issues
Execute auction-level optimization
Own inventory quality control
Resolve inventory quality issues
Run key metrics reporting
Manage creative compliance processes
Coordinate with internal teams on compliance
Manage Supply triage incoming requests
Build internal enablement materials
Partner with engineers on automation initiatives

Team & Collaboration
Cross-team coordination; Serve as primary point of contact for CSM and Account Management; Coordinate with internal teams to resolve compliance issues; Partner with engineers on automation initiatives
