****Job Description:**** An opportunity for a **Supply Officer** has arisen within Airbus Operations S.L., Getafe (Madrid). The selected candidate will join the Procurement & Supply Chain Team. We are responsible for the efficient end-to-end management of the supply chain, ensuring the timely availability of materials and components for our operations while maintaining strict quality standards and optimizing costs. The team works in a highly dynamic, multicultural, and cross-functional environment, collaborating closely with production, engineering, and external global suppliers to tackle operational challenges and support Airbus' production rate. ### RESPONSIBILITIES The main tasks of the jobholder will be: * **Procurement Cycle Management:** Manage the complete procurement cycle, from identifying internal needs to the final delivery of materials, ensuring proper planning and execution. * **Supplier Management & Negotiation:** Negotiate terms (price, quality, delivery deadlines), monitor supplier performance, and develop solid long-term relationships. * **Cross-Functional Coordination:** Coordinate with internal departments (production, engineering, warehouse) to align purchasing activities with operational needs and resolve supply issues. * **Stock & Inventory Optimization:** Track orders, manage incidents, maintain updated inventory records, and optimize stock levels to prevent shortages or excesses. * **Process Improvement:** Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement within the supply chain processes to increase efficiency. * **Reporting & Compliance:** Prepare performance reports on purchasing and inventory levels, ensuring full compliance with company policies and aerospace regulations. ### SKILLS Is your profile aligned to the following list of skills?
