Фахівці компанії залучені на всіх етапах: від виробничої лінії в Україні до логістичного центру в Польщі, звідки продукцію відправляють дистрибʼюторам по всьому світу. ## Основні обов’язки Supply Network Lead Планування та балансування попиту і пропозиції: Забезпечення збалансованого виробничого плану з урахуванням попиту, виробничих і логістичних обмежень. Контроль рівня виконання замовлень (Service Level) та запасів. Прийняття рішень щодо алокації обмежених ресурсів. Оптимізація мережі постачання (Supply Network Design & Optimization): Визначення та оптимізація потоків продукції в мережі. Участь у стратегічних ініціативах (відкриття/закриття складів, зміна sourcing-моделі). Проведення сценарного моделювання (what-if analysis). Управління командою: Керування командою supply / network planners. Встановлення KPI, цілей та контроль їх досягнення. Розвиток компетенцій команди (аналітика, процеси, системи). Управління процесом S&OP / IBP: Участь у ключових етапах планування (Demand, Supply, Executive Review). Підготовка сценаріїв постачання для підтримки управлінських рішень. Виявлення та ескалація ризиків (дефіцит, надлишки, обмеження потужностей). Крос-функціональна координація
