Supply Chain Transformation Program Manager **Description -** **Job Summary** This position is in the Service Supply Chain – Enterprise Operations, reporting to the Resiliency & Network COE. The Service Supply Chain is designed for low volume, high mix, and extended product/part lifecycles. The SC role in Service Delivery includes providing parts for repair, material circularity, centralized device repair, and refurbishment. The HP Service Supply Chain is in the middle of a multi-year transformation that is building the digital backbone and accelerating the network transformation with the vision of creating an Industry-leading, adaptive, and digitally enabled SC. This role is responsible for leading and delivering large‑scale, complex supply chain Projects. The position owns end‑to‑end execution of high‑impact internal and external projects, involving transformation, and cross‑functional coordination. The role leads large, multicultural project teams, manages program financials, ensures adherence to governance and delivery standards, and actively contributes to the evolution of program and project management practices within the organization. **Responsibilities** * Lead the delivery of large‑scale, complex internal and external supply chain projects, spanning one or multiple regions and carrying a high level of operational and business risk. * Own strategic supply chain initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring delivery against scope, timeline, budget, and business outcomes. Preparing status reports. * Manages project financials, consistently meeting or surpassing approved budgets * Maintains and nurtures relationships with stakeholders belonging to the upper levels within the organization. * Directs the project team, which includes both internal and external resources, typically consisting of over 20 individuals from diverse countries. * Fosters the skill development of team members, while also providing comprehensive performance reviews and constructiv
