Less than 1 year in inventory control, materials management, or supply chain operations or related field
What You'll Do.
Ensure accurate receipt
and distribution of supplies
Maintain inventory integrity by performing cycle counts
Monitor stock levels and support perpetual inventory systems
Replenish par levels across clinical and non-clinical areas
Respond to urgent supply requests
and documentation standards
Create requisition of needed supplies
Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of shelves
Pick and dispense inventory requisitions
Deliver supplies within 24 - 48 hours
Fill and deliver rush and/or emergency orders
Conduct regular cycle counting
and inspect incoming freight
Reconcile packing slips with physical delivery
Inform buyers of discrepancies
Receive purchase orders into the ERP system
File and retain packing slips
Deliver all supplies to departments daily
Assist with creating shipping labels
Assist with creating third party shipper labels
Assist with periodic physical inventory count process
