Get to Know the Role As the Supply Chain Strategy & Planning Associate, you will serve as the analytical engine driving the long-term efficiency and growth of our logistics network. You will bridge the gap between raw data and executive decision-making, focusing on the architectural design of our 1P (first-party) network and the financial sustainability of our consumer-facing shipping programs. Working at the intersection of operations, finance, and data science, you will be responsible for modeling complex supply chain scenarios that ensure GrabMart remains the most efficient qCommerce provider in the region. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform * 1P Network Design: Lead the strategic planning for our first-party (1P) network, including the geographic placement of dark stores and distribution centers to maximize coverage while minimizing fulfillment costs. * Free Shipping Structure Design: Conduct rigorous cost-benefit analyses to design and refine free shipping thresholds and structures, balancing customer conversion rates with healthy contribution margins. * Core Metrics & Data Collaboration: Partner closely with the Data Science and Engineering teams to define core supp
