What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field, 3-5+ years of experience in electro-mechanical manufacturing environments, Hands-on experience in supply chain related roles, Experience with inventory management and warehousing, Cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, Proficient in MS Office and Google tools (Excel/Sheets and Word/Docs)
Nice to Have
Experience working with Contract Manufacturing partners and global suppliers for L10-L12 components, Knowledge of NPI processes, Experience scaling manufacturing operations, Experience with BOM structures and ECO, MCO, Deviations
What You'll Do.
Own management of on and off-site production material
Ensure organized storage and materials tracking
Transact inventory movements in ERP/MRP systems
Account for inventory transfers
Maintain real-time visibility of stock levels
Complete monthly physical inventory counts
Investigate/correct any variances
Work closely with Finance for GL and inventory
Oversee disposition of non-conforming materials
Work directly with Contract Manufacturing (CM) partners
Identify and resolve Supply-Demand gaps
Lead supplier material escalations
Review safety stock positions and strategy
Ensure sufficient upside support
Track and allocate finished goods
Align finished goods with demand requirements
Issue production POs for monthly build plans
Manage review and implementation of quarterly CM pricing
Manage and track quarterly purchase price variances
Manage and track inventory revaluation processes
