Full Job Description

At Rohlik, Supply Chain is about precision, speed and data. Every day we decide what customers will find in stock — and what they won’t. We’re now looking for a Supply Chain Specialist who will own a portfolio of categories and suppliers, ensuring strong product availability while keeping inventory healthy and waste under control.   Why this role is exciting - You’ll have a direct impact on product availability for thousands of customers - You’ll work with real data, forecasts and business decisions - You’ll see the results of your work in both numbers and customer experience - You’ll collaborate across Category, Operations and Finance - You’ll help automate and improve how supply chain processes work - We are an AI-first company — you’ll work in an environment where forecasting, ordering and supply chain decisions are increasingly driven by data, automation and intelligent tools   What you’ll do You’ll take ownership of day-to-day supply chain performance within your scope. Specifically, you will: - Own demand forecasting, replenishment and ordering for assigned categories - Manage supplier operational performance and ensure SLA compliance (OTIF, shrink, ASN accuracy, lead times) - Partner with Category Managers, Fulfillment Operations and Finance to balance availability, cost and inventory health - Support automation and system improvements to reduce manual ordering - Resolve supplier and inventory issues before they impact customers - Track and act on key metrics such as forecast accuracy, shrink and availability   What we’re looking for - 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, replenishment, inventory management or similar role - Strong analytical mindset and communication skills - Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with BI tools is a plus - Experience in FMCG, grocery retail or e-commerce is an advantage - Knowledge of ERP or WMS systems is a plus - Fluent Czech/Slovak and advanced English   What’s in it for you - Fair reward - You’ll get a strong fixed salar
