Working knowledge of U.S. export control regulations, Experience classifying electronic components, Familiarity with license exception applicability, Familiarity with denied party screening workflows, Familiarity with end-use certificate requirements, Experience advising business stakeholders, Working knowledge of U.S. customs regulations, Working knowledge of EU customs regulations, Working knowledge of UK customs regulations, Working knowledge of Asian customs regulations, Working knowledge of tariff structures, Working knowledge of HTS classification, Working knowledge of import compliance, Working knowledge of export compliance, Demonstrated ability to function as internal SME, Familiarity with CBP ACE, Familiarity with entry types, Familiarity with post-entry procedures, Familiarity with protest, Knowledge of Mexico cross-border programs, Knowledge of IMMEX, Knowledge of OEA, Knowledge of SAT/ANAM regulatory environment, Eligible for an export license, Be a U.S. Person
Nice to Have
FTZ experience preferred, Duty Drawback experience preferred, IMMEX experience preferred, C-TPAT program experience, Background in electronic components distribution, Background in semiconductor supply chain, Background in high-volume import/export environments
