Provides training for all security officers on a regular basis. * Works closely with the D.C. Presidents, Vice Presidents on security implementation and policies and procedures. * Provides training and education on security material for departments at all D.C.’s on a regular basis. * Manages and oversees all security, CCTV, card access, and security equipment for the D.C.’s. * Coordinates/manages DOT random drug/alcohol testing. * Reports to work when scheduled and works expected number of hours. **_Secondary Duties and Responsibilities_ :** * Participates in department meetings as needed for all D.C.’s to conduct and oversee the security projects for D.C. locations. * Continues evaluation of the security needs for all the D.C.’s. * Works with compliance managers and/or safety managers on emergency procedures and fire systems. **_Supervisory Responsibilities_ :** * Supervises security officers and D.C.
