Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Industrial Engineering or similar field, 8+ years professional experience in procurement operations and supply chain, Valid Driver’s License, Authorization to work in the U.S.

Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of education, Knowledge and expertise of Quality Regulations, Knowledge of Quality Core Tools, Knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Knowledge of Practical Problem Solving, Knowledge of International Mgmt. system standards, Knowledge of Authorities / Regulations / Standards, Knowledge of QMS, Knowledge of Auditing/Assessing, Knowledge of IPCA+ and CCP tools, Knowledge of Risk Management, Knowledge of Continuous Improvement (Lean Six Sigma), Green Belt/Black Belt certification, CPIM certification
What You'll Do.
Ensure maturity and robustness of Supplier's manufacturing and
Drive continuous improvement of Supply Chain related performances
Review supplier capacity and capability
Monitor and analyze performance through Key Performance Indicators
Organize the surveillance of the suppliers through audits
Manage industrial risks
Initiate and organize supplier's ramp-up capacity and capabilities
Monitor major industrial risks
Support design changes on an industrial point of
Initiate and follow recovery plans with Suppliers
Manage Suppliers' preventive/corrective action plans
Manage relationships with internal stakeholders
