60% Domestic and International Travel Required, Valid Driver's License, Authorized to Work in the US, Ability to travel independently and at short notice, Ability to travel via car and airplane, Must be able to sit, stand, walk, carry luggage, and view computer monitor for long periods of time, Requires hearing and vision

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Industrial Engineering or similar or equivalent combination of education and/or experience, Minimum of 10 years professional experience in a procurement operations environment (monitoring, auditing, developing suppliers/operations) or equivalent, Valid Driver's License, Knowledge of Supply Chain and Quality Processes, English (Reading - Speaking - Writing: Fluent/Negotiation), Microsoft Office

Nice to Have

10+ years of relevant professional experience, Aerospace industry and/or manufacturing experience, Green Belt/Black Belt certification, CPIM certification (Certified in Production & Inventory Management), Knowledge of Quality Regulations, Quality Core Tools Knowledge, Practical Problem Solving, International Mgmt. system standards, Authorities / Regulations / Standards, Knowledge of QMS, Auditing/Assessing, IPCA+ and CCP tools, Google Suite proficiency

Ensure supplier capacity

De-risk supplier portfolio

Develop supplier needs

Ensure maturity of supplier processes

Drive continuous improvement

Review supplier capacity

Monitor and analyze performance

Organize supplier surveillance

Initiate ramp-up assessments

Monitor industrial risks

Support design changes

Initiate recovery plans

Manage supplier action plans

Prepare management reviews

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Manage relationship with internal stakeholders; Communicate with internal stakeholders; Attend meetings with internal stakeholders; Implement improvement actions with internal stakeholders

Communication Scope

Communicating at all levels within the supplier's organization and Airbus to influence the decision making; Ability to summarize complex industrial situations in a clear manner; Team Player with excellent communication skills
