What They're Looking For.
Must Have
University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, 2+ years of experience in proposal management, business development, or closely related roles, Experience in US government contracting processes, Experience with RFP processes, Experience in proposal management tools and software
Nice to Have
Experience in managing large, complex proposals for government and/or defense customers, organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities, Analytical skills required to evaluate end-to-end planning and identify constraints, risks and opportunities, Advanced Microsoft Excel skillset, Industry PM certifications, Internal Candidates: EVMS, MPM L4, PM L7, CORE certifications, experience with SAP/Prism and Quality Note (Qnote) application
