What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's or higher-level degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistic, Business or related degree, 3-5+ years' experience in integrated Supply Chain, especially in demand and supply planning / inventory planning, Knowledge in integrated supply chain systems, SAP APO DP is ideal, Basic understanding of supply chain process, equipped with necessary analytical and subject matter understanding of the interfaces between demand /supply, Good understanding of forecast models and methods, supply chain processes and practices, Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and a third language, such as Japanese, is preferred to support APAC markets, Demonstrated computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI), Collaborative team player with interpersonal, organizational and project management skills

What You'll Do.
Deliver data analysis and report on operational efficiency
Manage order entry and administration
Collaborate with third-party vendors
Maintain optimal inventory levels
Prepare and maintain volume and demand planning analyses
Support transmission of demand to sites
Assist in capacity planning
Collaborate with Business & Plants on supply enquiries
Track and review Supplier/ Plants’ confirmation performance
Responsible for Purchase Order placement
Provide insights on delivery of S&OP number
Supply Gap review & provide mitigation options
Support preparation and provide data visibility
Provide analytics and reporting
Perform reporting activities and integration work
Provide one off data analysis
Connect various system outputs and data
SKU Phase-in Phase-Out Management
Governance on transactional data cleansing
