What They're Looking For.
Must Have
University or college degree in logistics/supply chain or equivalent relevant work experience, Several years of experience in planning, supply chain or logistics, Experience working with ERP systems, Very good knowledge of Excel and MS Office, Experience from manufacturing operations, Good knowledge of Swedish and English
Nice to Have
Experience from the automotive industry or electronics industry, Experience with SAP, Knowledge of LEAN and process improvement in industrial operations with series production
What You'll Do.
Responsibility for planning and ensuring high quality forecasts
Act as escalation point towards customer and supplier
Manage deviations and risks
Convert forecasts into capacity and production needs
Ensure short- and long-term planning
Drive and develop the SIOP process
Identify risks and drive improvement and development activities
Contribute to efficient introduction and phase-out of products
Manage associated customer and supplier issues
Work and develop planning tools
Ensure correct master data
Meet customer logistics requirements
Participate in customer and audits
Contribute to development and implementation of processes
Participate in customer and supplier dialogues and audits
