We are a global company, and our products—including mobile elevating work platforms, telehandlers, utility vehicles and accessories—can be found all over the world.** # Position Summary The Supply Chain Performance Engineer supports supplier quality performance by reviewing, validating, and managing PPAP submissions to ensure compliance with design, regulatory, and customer requirements. This role collaborates with suppliers and cross-functional teams to drive quality, resolve issues, and support successful product launches. # Key Responsibilities * Review PPAP submissions for completeness and compliance with AIAG and customer requirements. * Validate dimensional data, control plans, FMEAs, material certifications, testing, and MSA results. * Coordinate with suppliers to resolve documentation gaps and drive corrective actions. * Track PPAP status and escalate risks or delays. * Prepare Part Submission Warrants and approval documentation. * Maintain accurate PPAP records and revision control. * Support audits, launch readiness, and design/process changes. * Review capability studies, Gage R&R, and process validation data. * Manage interim approvals and supplier resubmissions. * Initiate and support supplier corrective actions (SCARs) and root cause analysis. * Provide in plant supplier quality support where needed. # Required Qualifications * Bachelors degree with five (5) or more years in quality, supplier quality, or PPAP coordination. * Working knowledge of AIAG Core Tools (PPAP, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC). * Ability to read engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical
