As Outbound Flow Control Program Manager, you'd be responsible for execution of middle and last mile S&OP plans. Key Responsibilities include execution and oversight of below outbound flows to ensure a high bar on Speed OP2 objectives - 1. AMZL D-1 Capacity 2. Middle Mile D-1 Trucks (Ad Hoc/Cancellation) 3. 3P Last Mile Capacity Overall - responsible for BAU and HVE outbound flow control. Key job responsibilities The Supply Chain team is looking for an experienced Program Manager with a strong delivery record and leadership experience to own and manage strategic, cross-functional operations and business initiatives. Flow Control acts as bridge between all operations teams across first, middle and last mile and is responsible for seamless planning and execution during peak and off peak periods. This role involves driving critical decisions with cross functional teams, senior leadership along-with an ability to drive data driven discussions. Flow Control is a highly visible and emerging role in Amazon AU from driving ownership, earning trust of stakeholders to delivering results. This position involves regular communication with Operation Teams, senior management, and project sponsors on status, risks and change control. Flow Control will focus on deep diving forecasting performance to build a robust output, by keeping plans, feedback and goals aligned between all the above mentioned stakeholders. This role will oversee the ownership, coordination and administration of all aspects of an on-going program including volume and capacity forecasting and execution.  The candidate is expected to have exceptional analytical, planning and written/verbal communication skills along with preferred experience in Forecasting, Sales & Operations Planning and Transportation.
