Must Have
H. S. Diploma/GED
Nice to Have
Bachelor's Degree, 1 year or more in administrative experience, 1 year or more in relevant experience, Knowledge of MGO (GM's MRP system) Intermediate, Knowledge of transportation management Intermediate, Knowledge of material flow as it relates to manufacturing processes Intermediate
What You'll Do.
Follow-up purchased parts for shipment
Serve as main point of contact for suppliers
Track critical parts and develop containment plan
Coordinate alternative sources of material
Arrange for alternative sources of material
Independent monitoring of truck loads
Review part buffers for build requirements
Document and manage S and AV code exceptions
Maintain accurate inventory levels in MGO
Investigate and process record adjustment requests
