Supply Chain Operations Manager **Company:** The Boeing Company **Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is looking for a **Supply Chain Operations Manager** to join our **Systems** team in**Everett** , **Washington**. The Supply Chain Operations Manager leads a team responsible for supplier portfolio management, on time project execution, rate readiness, and performance of build and delivery activities for Boeing airplane programs. The team assures that these suppliers are adequately staffed and have the engineering, design, qualification, and production capacity to execute all Boeing requirements and follow-on production programs with on-time delivery to the Boeing production system while meeting all certification and quality requirements. You will be joining a team dedicated to creating a culture focused on empowerment, accountability and trust, with complex work packages in a fast paced and multifaceted environment. Ideal candidates will excel in building and leading high performing teams, partnering cross functionally to solve complex supply chain issues, and strategic decision-making to support supply chain and production goals.
