What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes, 3+ years of experience leading or managing projects and/or teams, 3+ years of experience as a proven leader with interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills, Able to travel domestically and internationally 10%, Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership"
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree, 3+ years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services, Proven ability to execute commitments, Experience utilizing strategic decision making and supply chain metrics to drive business results

Procurement Agent Manager **Company:** The Boeing Company **Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is looking for a**Supply Chain Operations Manager** to join our**Systems team** in**Everett, WA.** The Supply Chain Operations Manager leads a team responsible for supplier portfolio management, on time project execution, rate readiness, and performance of build and delivery activities for Boeing airplane programs. The team assures that these suppliers are adequately staffed and have the engineering, design, qualification, and production capacity to execute all Boeing requirements and follow-on production programs with on-time delivery to the Boeing production system while meeting all certification and quality requirements. You will be joining a team dedicated to creating a culture focused on empowerment, accountability and trust, with complex work packages in a fast paced and multifaceted environment.
