What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Three years' experience in Multinational Supply Chain, Supply Chain or Business qualification – Diploma standard, Demonstrate efficiency in Supply Chain administration, Accuracy and timeliness of order processing, Workable knowledge of ERP system, Understand BMS Supply Chain, Adhere with all Regulatory/Finance/EHS/Security compliance procedure, Knowledge of Supply Chain Operations standards, Knowledge of order processing and invoicing activities
Nice to Have
Experience working in a multinational preferrably in an Export department, SAP experience
What You'll Do.
Liaise with Principal’s Purchasing
Finance Departments and Fiscal
Provide a key link in Supply Chain
Ensure that customer and supply sites comply with
Resolve discrepancies in quantity and timing of market
Receipt and entry of market orders
Receipt and process supplier invoices
Follow up on price discrepancies
Follow up on payment queries
Process Tolling Fee invoices
Perform all activities in accordance to Good Distribution
Issue invoices to markets
Issue required shipping documents
Certify shipping documents with local Chamber of Commerce
Legalise shipping documents with relevant Embassies
Liaise with Freight Forwarder/ Logistics for outbound shipments
Update Freight Tracker/ Register
Approval or sign off of Redeployment/ Rework on
Co-ordinate Redeployments/ Reworks
Ensure that the costs are back-charged to the
Liaise with QC for testing
release and generation
Liaise with QC for QP inspection and release
Assist and support Master Data related to customers
Use reports to monitor and ensure data integrity
Receive and forward Customer Complaints
Follow up and expedite for prompt resolution(s)
Perform all SAP transactions in compliant manner
Meet Finance deadline for month-end and year-end sales
Provide supporting documentation for Financial Audits
Work with External Manufacturing organisation to support implementation
