As this multifaceted position, it requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational, planning, influencing and communication skills. The primary focus is to ensure successful execution of programs from initiation to completion, with a specific emphasis on strategic management to facilitate organizational adaptation to evolving transformations within the company. ## Basic Requirements Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or related discipline, preferably MBA. Project Management, Change Management or a related field or certification in PMP, Change Management, Agile, Six Sigma or Lean At least 12 years of relevant experiences with global organization background and proven results in large scale transformation program and change management with a focus on end to end delivery Excellent communication, analytical, organizational and leadership skills and fluency in both verbal and written English at all levels A willingness to work flexibly across different time zones Sound application skills (Google Suites, Agile, Oracle, Tableau) Strategic and results oriented mindset with high level of integrity, accountability and professionalism, as well as collaborative, adaptable and resilient. ## Travel Requi
