Connect with a career that matters, and help us build a safer future. ## **Department Overview** Supply Chain NPI Project Manager ## Job Description This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of projects, including lifecycle planning, execution, and monitoring to meet business needs and internal metrics. Key duties involve identifying and mitigating project risks, leading cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion and supply continuity, managing project resources and escalations, and preparing all necessary documentation and status updates for stakeholders. The position requires strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with both internal and external parties. **Responsibilities include:** · Analyze, plan and execute project lifecycle management with key stakeholders to ensure all requirements are meeting business needs and internal metrics · Identifying gaps and risks in the overall engineering qualification and to provide mitigation plans to avoid delay in the project implementation · Lead cross functional (internal & external) meeting to ensure project completion on time without impacting supply continuity. · Plan, execute and monitor new projects to ensure all obligations are met. Coordinates projects, establishes and manages interdependencies. · Support supplier performance evaluation and improvement initiatives related to project responsiveness and supportability. · Prepare project documentation, presentations for status updates and project steering committee meetings and related project meeti
