Primary architect of the Master Product/Factory Transfer Plan. Define specific program scope, phase-gate milestones and resource requirements for both VSA (Video Security and Access Control) and LMR (Land Mobile Radios) products. 2\. Lead EMS partners to ensure 4M readiness meets MSI product and quality requirements before a prototype/pilot build begins 3\. Lead the Global Supply Chain team to establish a "Safety Stock" or "Inventory Bridge" to protect MSI customer deliveries during the transition period. 4\. Identify and track complex technical and process interdependencies, as well as logistical risks, and develop plans to address all risks at every program phase. 5\. At Post-Transfer ramp phase, need to drive MSI Internal and EMS partners to ensure the product matures to High Volume Manufacturing stability in MSI EMS in Asia. 6\. Drive change management to ensure flexibility and adaptation to the company's continuously evolving transformations. ## Basic Requirements * Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or related discipline, preferably MBA. * Project Management, e.g., certification in PMP, Change Management, Agile, Six Sigma or Lean.
