What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment, Proficiency in using ERP systems for inventory management and transaction processing, understanding of warehousing principles, inventory control, and material flow, Ability to operate material handling equipment, Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and material handling, communication skills (written and verbal), Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks
Nice to Have
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, experience in a regulated industry (e.g., pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device), forklift certification
What You'll Do.
Execute daily material handling activities
Perform accurate inventory transactions in ERP system
Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory reconciliation
Prepare and process shipping documentation
Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently

Participate in root cause analysis for material issues

Collaborate with internal departments such as Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Planning, and Logistics; Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams; May assist in training new team members
