Must Have
3+ years program or project management experience, 3+ years working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams, 3+ years defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics, 2+ years supply chain experience, Bachelor's degree, Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps), SQL knowledge, Experience defining program requirements, Experience using data and metrics to determine improvements
Nice to Have
3+ years driving end to end delivery, Communicating results to senior leadership, 3+ years driving process improvements, Experience in stakeholder management, Dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels, Experience building processes, Project management experience, Schedule experience

Lead strategic initiatives related to network capacity
Optimize and manage flow of goods
Balance supply and demand
Assess and improve efficiency of distribution networks
Analyze and synthesize data to identify opportunities
Develop program management mechanisms
Invent and simplify processes to drive decision-making
Collaborate with stakeholders across different functions
Influence and facilitate agreements to achieve shared goals
Manage cross-functional network capacity initiatives
Ensure continuous improvement
Adhere to lean philosophy at scale
Own a portfolio of cross-functional programs
Drive performance improvement and efficiency in project delivery
Identify and deliver operational improvement opportunities
