Drive the growth of the Supply Chain, ESG and Third-Party Risk offering by identifying market opportunities and shaping go-to-market priorities.; Build and maintain senior client relationships to generate new business opportunities, ensure client satisfaction, and support long-term account growth.; Lead business development activities, including client engagement, solution design, proposal development, and support in closing strategic opportunities.; Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders, particularly across the German market, to identify cross-border opportunities and align strategic priorities.; Shape and evolve the service portfolio in line with market demand, regulatory developments, and client needs.; Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, commercially relevant solutions to clients.; Advise clients on key topics such as supplier due diligence, responsible sourcing, ESG risks, human rights, labour standards, and supply chain transparency.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
University degree in Law, Economics, Business, or a related field., 5+ years of relevant experience, including leadership roles., Fluency in German and English., client-facing and relationship-building skills, with the ability to identify client needs and contribute to business development., Experience in topics such as supplier due diligence, third-party risk, responsible sourcing, ESG, human rights, compliance, or supply chain risk., Commercial mindset, communication skills, and a hands-on approach., Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align IPC strategy with firm-wide goals., Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and performance excellence.
