Must Have
Knowledge of SQL at an intermediate level, 2+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics, 3+ years of supply chain experience, Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements, Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field, Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level
Nice to Have
3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership, 3+ years of driving process improvements, Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization, Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization, Master's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field
What You'll Do.
Own and execute end-to-end supply chain planning
in-full (OTIF) delivery of IT hardware
Translate demand signals and business requirements into executable
Collaborate with procurement
Develop and maintain data-driven forecasting models
Identify and mitigate planning risks
Lead the development and enhancement of internal planning
Act as the functional owner and product lead
and ensure tools meet
Collaborate with technical teams to build scalable solutions
and procurement systems
Drive the development and deployment of planning tools
Leverage AI/ML models to enhance demand forecasting
implement feedback loops
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align tool development
Monitor key planning and system adoption KPIs
Report findings in regular business reviews
