What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of supply chain experience, 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams, 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics, Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level, Knowledge of SQL, Experience defining program requirements, Experience using data and metrics to determine improvements
Nice to Have
3+ years of driving end to end delivery, 3+ years of communicating results to senior leadership, 3+ years of driving process improvements, Experience in stakeholder management, Experience dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization, Experience building processes, Experience project management, Experience with schedules
What You'll Do.
Lead and develop AIR's Package Flow Planning (PFP)
Partner with internal AIR Product Managers and Research
Refine planning technology
Drive the future tech roadmap for NA connectivity
Improve performance to plan
and manage key metrics
Promote process improvement and standardization of processes
Pull and report data from numerous databases
Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis
Participate in long term planning
Participate in modeling sessions
