Must Have
Previous experience in pharmaceutical supply chain or commercial operations environments, with understanding of pharmaceutical compliance, including ABPI Code requirements, quality standards, and audit expectations., knowledge of the UK and/or Ireland pharmaceutical and NHS landscape., Proven experience managing customer data, distributor operations, order management, and inventory performance., Experience supporting product launches, tenders, and product lifecycle events., systems, reporting and analytical capability (including SAP, Power BI, and Excel)., Ability to operate independently, manage complexity, and deliver outcomes accurately and at pace., Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and influence stakeholders within a matrix environment., Continuous improvement mindset with an interest in digital enablement and data-led operational excellence.
