Must Have

Bachelor's degree or 1+ years professional/military experience, 2+ years supply chain, inventory management, or project management experience, 2+ years Excel experience, Foundational Retail, Supply Chain, and Forecasting concepts experience, Ability to manipulate complex and ambiguous data into actionable insights

Nice to Have

Knowledge of statistical inventory control principles, Experience with process improvement techniques

Plan and execute inventory strategies

Monitor and own key performance indicators

Lead business reviews with vendors

Identify operational improvement opportunities

Drive actionable recommendations

Forecast and manage inbound and outbound inventory flows

Maintain optimal inventory health

Conduct root cause analysis on operational issues

Develop action plans for operational issues

Project manage improvements

Balance multiple competing priorities

Identify opportunities to simplify operational pain points

Scale successful mechanisms

Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Drive tools and process improvements

Enhance purchasing and procurement workflows

Serve as internal subject matter expert
