Must Have
2+ years of related experience in maintenance experience
Nice to Have
Associates degree, journeyman’s card or equivalent military training related to maintenance of equipment in an industrial setting, At least 5 years of experience in technical support and maintenance roles, CMRT, CRL, CMRP, technical knowledge and hands-on experience with electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems, familiar with conveyor systems and other equipment used within warehouse operations, Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues, using diagnostic tools, and interpreting equipment manuals and schematics, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs, spare parts management, and relevant safety regulations, Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing circumstances
