ABOUT THE ROLE The Logistics Coordinator owns the daily inbound and outbound logistics function across manufacturing sites. Reporting to the Global Supply Chain Manager, the role operates with significant autonomy: independently managing freight flows, customs compliance, dangerous goods, and international trade requirements without requiring hand-holding on routine decisions. This is not a pure execution role. The Logistics Coordinator brings senior operational experience and the judgement to run the function independently day-to-day — escalating where needed, but owning the full logistics picture between escalations. The right candidate has seen enough complexity — specialised goods, regulated shipments — to handle it confidently and knows when something requires attention from the Lead. RESPONSIBILITIES Inbound Logistics - Own inbound freight flows for both sites — booking, tracking, customs clearance, and goods receipt for components, materials, and equipment - Proactively manage supplier and forwarder relationships to resolve delays and protect the local production schedule - Process import documentation, verify HS/CN classification, and coordinate with customs brokers to ensure clean clearance - Escalate supply disruptions and compliance flags to the Logistics & Warehouse Lead with structured context and a proposed resolution Outbound Logistics - Manage outbound shipments to customers, integrators, pro
