What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Completed degree in industrial engineering, logistics, business administration, or a comparable qualification with a focus on supply chain management, Several years of professional experience in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain management, In-depth knowledge of process management and process modeling (e.g. , BPMN), understanding of cost structures and total cost of ownership, Experience working with cross-functional project teams and in change management, Strategic thinking and analytical skills for evaluating complex supply chain relationships, Excellent communication skills and high intercultural competence, Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style, German (C1-C2) and English (C1-C2), Very good knowledge of MS, IT affinity and understanding of digital process landscapes
Nice to Have
ideally in an international environment, Italian language skills are an advantage, ideally experience with WMS and ERP
What You'll Do.
Participation in the strategically important “NDS” project
and optimization of end-to-end supply chain processes
Development and implementation of measures to increase efficiency
Identification and utilization of synergies between entities
Development and integration of interface solutions
Organization and facilitation of workshops
Taking on a central expert role for supply chain process optimization
Understanding and consolidation of demand planning
Monitoring of relevant KPIs and deriving concrete recommendations
Participation in cross-location supply chain initiatives

Close collaboration with Purchasing, Logistics, IT, and Project Management (PMO); Experience working with cross-functional project teams
