Must Have
10+ years of progressive experience in Information Technology roles., At least 10 years of hands-on experience with Blue Yonder Order Promising and ESP / SCP solutions., Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end Order Promising solutions., Advanced proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL., Experience designing and implementing demand management and order prioritization strategies., Proven experience integrating SAP (preferably SAP S/4HANA) with Blue Yonder solutions., Analytical skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex interactions among people, processes, and technology., Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels., Organizational skills with demonstrated success working in Agile environments and adapting to changing priorities.
Nice to Have
Experience supporting complex manufacturing supply semiconductor industry experience is strongly preferred., Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure.

Serve as Techno-Functional Architect for Blue Yonder solutions.
Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams.
Design and implement integrations across platforms.
Design and develop demand management capabilities.
Translate business requirements into solution design.
Lead and coordinate testing activities.
Provide technical and functional leadership.
Coach and mentor junior developers.
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
Independently manage multiple initiatives.
Apply development methodologies.
Collaborate with third-party vendors.
Work with offshore development team.
Develop user stories and acceptance criteria.

Partner closely with business stakeholders and IT teams.; Provide technical and functional leadership across the broader IT organization.; Coach and mentor junior developers.; Contribute to cross-functional initiatives spanning SAP, Order Management, Scheduling, Supply Chain Planning, Reporting, and Finance.; Collaborate with third-party vendors and contractors.; Work with the offshore development team.; Work closely with cross-functional technical teams.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Process & Methodology
Independently manage multiple initiatives with competing priorities and aggressive delivery timelines., Apply and adapt development methodologies—including Agile, Iterative, Waterfall, and Test-Driven Development (TDD)—based on project needs.
