Must Have
Mechanical Engineering foundation, Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications, Curiosity to learn how engineering, procurement, suppliers, quality and logistics work together, Degree or relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a closely related discipline, Good understanding of mechanical engineering principles, Ability to read and interpret technical and engineering drawings, Interest in materials, components, manufacturing methods and how engineering requirements are translated into supplier capability, Willingness to learn about gas turbines, steam turbines and power generation service technology, Analytical skills, with the ability to review information carefully and draw practical conclusions, Good written communication skills, including the ability to produce clear technical updates and reports, Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Verbal communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with colleagues across Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Logistics and Programme Management, A professional, diplomatic and collaborative approach, A self-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently while asking the right questions and learning from experienced colleagues

Support development of regional supply chain
Review technical drawings and specifications
Identify suitable supply chain routes
Assess parts sourcing within EMEA region
Develop understanding of gas turbines
Identify cost reduction opportunities
Strengthen supplier capability
Support resolution of supply chain issues
Prepare updates and reports
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with Engineering, Repairs and Procurement teams; Liaise with Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Inventory and Logistics, suppliers and Programme Management teams; Build relationships with regional and global engineering and procurement colleagues; Coordinate actions across internal teams
