What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent, 5+ years of relevant experience in demand planning, supply planning, forecasting, or inventory management, Proven experience leading teams, Demonstrated success managing multi-warehouse or multi-country planning operations, Experience in e-commerce environment, Willing to work at least three days per week from our office in Sevenum
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent field
What You'll Do.
Lead end-to-end demand and supply planning
Ensure accurate forecasts
Ensure optimal inventory levels
Ensure product availability across all markets and warehouses
Drive inventory performance
Minimize out-of-stock risks
Improve stock rotation
Effectively manage forced purchases
Embed data-driven forecasting processes
Embed data-driven planning processes
Continuously improve accuracy
Continuously improve efficiency
Continuously improve overall performance
Manage supplier relationships
Secure supply continuity
Strengthen operational collaboration
Lead and develop a team
Foster capability building
Foster high performance
Act as a key connector across the organization
Drive internal stakeholder management
and operational priorities
Partner closely with Commercial Operations
